SHE Melanin is a community of melanated women who are driven to live in wholeness , inner peace and internal power. We connect to inspire conversations on motherhood , alternative birthing , holistic health, wellness, mental health issues, foundational healing and more. At SM we believe it is important to reflect on the historical trauma in our communities and take conscious steps to heal. Through workshops , meditation, wellness trips , dialogue and more we strive to create safe spaces for our melanated sisters. We focus on full and abundant living through thought provoking dialogue while sharing encouragement through affirmations and acts of love. SHE Melanin is more than just a group we’re a sisterhood.
